Thermalright IFX-14....will it fit

So I am choosing a CPU cooler that I want to mount onto an ASUS Rampage Extreme Motherboard
This CPU Cooler is really cheap at the moment so even if it is worse or somethig than the 120 extreme I still want it.
So I was wondering if the Thermalright IFX-14 CPU Cooler would fit onto an ASUS Rampage Extreme Motherboard??

yes it should fit, you need to look for a cooler that says it will fit the same socket as your mobo, and these two seem to be the same, 775.

Also make sure the cooler will fit in your case, it looks like a large one.
 
Yeah it is a LGA775 socket mobo and CPU Cooler but I am still not sure how it will fit on the Rampage Extreme
The Rampage Extreme is rather cramped full of stuff so I'm not sure how much room tehre will be
