Thermaltake Jungle512 92mm 1 Ball 1 Sleeve Cooling Fan

I'm thinking about getting a intel 2.8 dualcore but I'm worried about cooling.
I always hear about how people have heating issues with it, so I thought about replacing the stock fan with a Thermaltake Jungle512 92mm fan and using artic silver. I also plan on getting 4 mega powerfull vantec case fans to help with cooling. What do you guys think? Will this be enough to keep my pc cool?

get a big typhoon

I heard the typhoon was huge, hard to instal, and may not fit all cases. I have
