linkin VIP Member Oct 27, 2010 #2 If you spin it with your finger does it start up again? checked that the connector is in properly? Try using a 3-pin to molex adapter, it will run full speed (if it still works) Or you may have just got a dud fan. it happens.

ScottALot Active Member Oct 27, 2010 #3 Look at the fan cables. I had a friend who closed the CD drive things and actually managed to cut all of his front panel connections including the fan.
