Thermaltake Power supply problem

I bought a used Thermaltake 750W power supply to upgrade the 400W one that came with my desktop. When I plug it in, it doesn't power up, but the light on the motherboard does light up. How do I get it running?

Make sure 24 pin main connector and 4/8 pin cpu connector is fully seated. Other then that, might be bad power supply.

The connectors were both fully seated, so yeah, it's probably bad.

Google the paper clip method for checking the PSU.

Im having the exact same issue mate. RMA my Corsair yesterday. PSU is dead.
