Thermaltake Tsunami Dream LED Problem

Hey, i just finished building my friend a PC. Everything worked well except the LEDS, the front LEDs and the Hard drive + Power LED's. After unplugging and replugging the hard drive and power LED's it started to work. The problem is that the front LEDS wont start up no matter what we do. It runs off 2 wires (black and red) and they are connected to a 12V rail connector ...from there i just connect it to my PSU. I cant seem to find the problem, the psu is a Thermaltake TR2-420W.

yea, i had the same problem with my tsunami, then they suddenly started working 3-5 days after i built it.
