So I've heard of it, but I don't know much about it; I first heard about it in Omega's Liquid Cooling 101 thread, he briefly mentioned it and I'd like to learn more. This is what I can gather, it seems like it is a normal water cooling block that is electrically charged, but anything beyond that I get confused. Does the electric current increase the heat transfer rate? And would you be able to mix normal water blocks with thermoelectric? Does it require anything special? I'm really curious about this and would love to learn more about it.
Edit: Would also like to find some good retailers for thermoelectric setups. I found one manufacturer called Swiftech, but their website seems really out of date, yet I see their products on Newegg, Frozencpu, xoxide, etc.. Dunno.
