I currently have VOIP services through my ISP/Cable company and was wondering if the switch would really be cheaper and if it would pay off in the long run, also, any good hardware recommendations, as far as phones or headsets would be appreciated.
I pay 40 bucks now for the phone service but it would probably come out to 30 dollars a month savings since it is bundled with other features. I think the skype says 3 bucks a month for anywhere in the states, that seems impressive.
Also how user friendly is the software and how reliable is the service? What about customer support. I am more concerned if there are issues and my wife needs help resolving it in order to use the phone! Thanks in advance,
