Thinking on new computer

I have been thinking of a new computer for a long time and this forum was a GREAT help, so first off, thanks for everyone who wrote all of those 101's.

This is the build i have looked into, it will be mostly used for gaming, photoshop, videos.

Case- Antec Nine Hundred(i know boring, if there is anything else with this much cooling/sexyness please suggest)
RAM- Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2
GPU- EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB
MOBO- GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3
CPU- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600(might as well for only 50$ over e6600?)
PSU- OCZ GameXStream 700W
HD- Western Digital 500gb

I know it seems like every other person is asking for specs on a computer, so it probably gets boring, but anything and everything is welcomed. :D

PS I am somewhat short on budget, sooo if there is something that is adequate and cheaper, please let me know!
Thanks.

Needs a sound card the Creative X-fi offer far more features than onboard sound and don't use up anywhere near as much CPU power.

Buy a Zaleman cooler the fan ones are far more quiet and look sexy I use Aero Flower fan coolers one on each processor and a Zaleman Reserator water cooler on the GPU.

For cases have a look at Thermaltake and Coolermaster yes the Thermaltakes can look tacky but the build quality and features are top notch.

I thought he said he was short on budget.

Stick with onboard sound until you actually listen to it, your wallet will surely tell u it is great anyway. I doubt you'd see any performance loss with a core quad. In order to save a few bucks, u could go for the E6750, it is cheaper and more powerful than the E6600.

You could surely save a bit of money by getting a cheaper but still excellent PSU, it is not much and I don't know where you live so I am not sure of the savings, but I'd suggest a Corsair 520HX. In Canada it comes to about 100$.

Besides that, well people would surely suggest a P35 based mobo, but then it would mean spending a little bit more money.
