Is the below definition a good correct definition of DDR2 RAM?

Double Data Rate 2 Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (DDR2 SDRAM) is an improved version of DDR SDRAM. It uses less power than Double Data Rate memory and processes data faster. Memory used in desktops has one notch and uses 240-pins. This memory uses about 1.8 volts. Two bits of data are transferred per each beat of the system clock. However, a 4-bit prefetch architecture is used with DDR2 RAM. It can read and write data four times per each beat of external bus clock.

The last sentence is kinda misleading.
Using DDR2 800
It passes data twice per clock cycle of the exterior clock 400/800. But the internal clock is 200. So I guess you could say 4 times per internal clock. And DDR2 voltage can vary between 1.8 and 2.2

Why don't you try checking wikipedia entry for ddr2.

It might give you an idea of how to word a definition, plus maybe you will see something to add, remove, or edit a bit to suit what your doing.

So the below edited definition would be good?

Somebody on this forum was telling me that only two bits of data are transferred per beat of the system clock with DDR2.
