This computer most likely WON'T be used for intense gaming here it goes:
Mobo: intel g33 matx
processor: intel core 2 duo q9450
memory: (3gb) corsair xms2 ddr2-800
graphics: evga 512mb 9600gt (the other option is a 256mb 3850)
hdd: 500gb hitachi 7200rpm with a 16mb cache
os: vista home premium 32 bit

just so you know, i don't have many more options as this is from velicity micro, and the most graphics draining games i would use are command and conquer 3, and command and conquer 3: kanes wrath the above setup would set me back $1529

its also a micro case that it will be in so, i think thats some of the price and its so called "custom made just for me" thats probably another gimmick

yeh always a gimmick make u feel special, course its gonna be "just for you" if someone paid me that to buld a comp for them id also wipe thier bum too. also dont get 3gb of ram, get 2gb dual kit, so it runs in dual and is equivalent to 4gb therfore faster than 3gb

k, the main reason im asking on this computer, is well...i want a micro case or whatever, and the current computer i am using isn't really worth upgrading from the 512mb of ddr, even if it is a p4@3ghz

gd point, but i mean what site or company is making that for you i mean u could cut ur processer down a slight bit from a q to an e, as u say playing c and c which is still 3d stresfull, so u could cut down slightly and use the extra money to up the gfx card

Have you thought of building a system yourself?

My last system I built myself (for the first time). It's not too hard and very satisfying. and you can save some serious bucks. I will probably never buy a premade desktop again, it's actually fun. Plus, if you want a micro case, you got it, just but the case and MOBO for micro ATX form factor. Whatever you want you get. And there is lots of help out there too.

Seriously, it is very doable and I bet you could get the system you're looking at for a lot less. You can even look up guides on line.
