The 270X is less expensive and has better performance.
Added the better processor too.

Also, don't keep posting.. Just edit the original and add on if needed cause it gets messy.

What's your budget for the GPU alone?

For $250 you could go with a R9 280X which will max out almost all games, but the 270X is at a great price right now. It'll have a struggle but not as much as the GTX 660 you had linked.

For sure!

The 280 is nice.. You'll enjoy gaming on it quite a bit.. Especially as it competes with the 270X (and is actually better).

Either an external one or an internal one that goes into a PCIe slot will work.

Thermal paste is included with the cooler
