Power supply test with Speedfan.

Does this mean I need a new PSU? My friend ran te same test on his and they were accurate. I have been crashing every application. I think this may be the problem.

You wouldnt even be able to boot your system if those voltages were true, if they arent within about 10% of their rated voltage, then parts will "make boom".
And if your 12V line was at 4.86V your hard-drives would immediately stop working

Speed Fan is crap, Temp 1/2/3/4, just take a wild guess which one is which. The P/S Voltage is hardly ever right. They ought to give a notice with the program of 10 reasons why you should not trust it.
Install both of these and get a cross reference of what your temps. and voltages are.
