In Microsofy Windows XP, You can't create a folder called 'Con'...

I don't know why, I don't want to, I just thought it was funny

these are common communication/printer ports right ? what do they have to do with folders. so if i had a french word called "Auxilierre" and i wanted to shorten it..i wouldn't be able to

well windows and linux have something in common....everything is a file

That actually works with any 4-3-3-5 letter word combination. It has something to do with the way text is encoded, and for some reason 4-3-3-5 letter combinations use the same encoding as Chinese text, so it tries to display it as such,

Yeah, I know. But with this sentence it's better then with something else.
I think it's not all the 4335 letter word combination...
Some are opening correctly... I'm not sure though.

Yeah, it's not all the 4335 combos.
for example, these work ok
Bill hid the facts
Dick hid the facts

but these don't work
Mike hid the facts
Bush hid the facts

Anyway, if you have free time on your hands, then go at it and see what else works or doesn't work.

BTW, that Starwars things was cool, but I didn't have the patience to watch the whole thing. I guess I am just not a big enough Starwars fan.

I never watched te whole thing either... so can't help you with that...
I'm guessing that Starwarsman watched the whole thing so we need to wait for him to say...
