dont bash windows if you use it. i see your stats in your sig. i use it myself and would say its decent. im moving on to linux though. as for mac, i think it is complete worthless trash
 
i dont like Micro$oft.... i love windows, but i hate M$..... cause they are too greedy for money, they piss me off..... sorry i didnt clarify.... but yeah, "macpple" sucks like poo

All it will show is that the majority of users here who probably have never used a Mac before, prefer PCs. It's kind like making a poll in the US (just to pick a random country), along the lines of "does the US suck" ... not a very meaningful poll ;)

I ahave usedw windows AND macs, and attenmpted to use linux, hate mac, windows is good never finished insatalling linux.
 
i love and hate it.... there are time i question why im not useing linux... but then i remember its cause im to lazy to install all of my drivers again
 
PC, cuz' i've never had the need to use a Mac. I mean, it's kind of like "what is better...a car or a truck"

well, if you need to tow heavy boats, then a truck. or if you jsut need a car to get you to work and back home, a small economy car will do the job. towing a boat with a Geo is stupid, and having a 340HP 5.7L engine to get you to work is also pointless. The correct answer, is whatever best fits your needs.
 
while i dont really like using macs, they can be decent machines. They are stable, reliable, and simple. also compact. the new g5 is a pretty quick machine too.

Haha....given that some 95% of all OSs are Windows, then what is the point of asking? You already have the answer. However, a tip for your friend: he should go to a MAC forum and ask the same question ;).

Lol! they will prolly still say windows :D :P also i think that the 95% thing is wrong, i think that the 95% are linux distros
