Anti static bag?? I have had it shipped UPS a few times and nothing wrong with it. But this time my D Drive frizzled for no apparent reason.

Do some things get dropped accidently? Are they thrown on the truck? Questions like that.
Note: This is just finding helpful info, not trying to put your employer down or anything. How do they handle the parcels excatly?
Yeah, the same bag it ships in when you buy it from newegg or off the shelf from the store. Besides, they are a mechanical device, they can go bad at any time. You can turn your computer off one day and it be working fine and go to turn it on the next and its bad.
