No, but could lower the price a bit.

case - Could consider a cheaper case. e.g. Antec 300, Silverstone PS05

CPU - Phenom IIx 4 955 is slightly cheaper, and make no difference when overclock

PSU - Don't need 850W, even you need overclocking and run dual 5770, 750W is what you need. Get either Corsair TX-750 / Silverstone ST75F-P/ Antec TP-750
Or you can just get 500-600W if you running single card. e.g. SilverStone ST50F-ES/ Antec Neo Eco 520C

Video card - Will you crossfire in future?
If not, Gigabyte GeForce GTX 460 768MB is at $199, it should faster than 5770 1GB
Or is it a reason choosing XFX? HIS/ Sapphire is $20 cheaper

RAM - Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 is cheaper, why getting G.Skill DDR3 1333?

Mobo - Are you going to crossfire? If not, get ASUS M4A87TD-USB3/ ASUS M4A88TD-M

199$ for a xfx radeon 5770?

tiger direct is selling the same thing for ALOT less, if im right. it just looks different
