This or This?

There is never a guarantee that you can overclock any RAM, and you should never listen to anyone that tells you otherwise.

Always buy the best and fastest RAM you can afford if performance is a key factor for you (and so it should be).

Corsair has always been a reliable ram source for me., never had anytroubles OC ing them or running general.

I have the DDR2 675, but that was before DDR2 800 was out. I would recommend the DDR2 800.

tis the same RAM sir, at different speeds and latencies.
ill be willing to bet if you bought one, it'll run at the other ones rated speed easily... and knowing Corsair it'll run higher than that.
i mean my old Corsair XMS ran at frikkin ddr 532 3-3-2-5 stuff was fast as hell... not like it made a huge difference in my performance. then again, i spent lots of money on that kit, and the cxms kit i had before that only ran ddr480 3-3-2-5... and that one actually ran a lot hotter it was overvolted, the other one i never overvolted...
so if you spend money on it, a corsair XMS kit would be best. im not willing to for such a small performance increase, you're better off going bigger when it comes to ram, rather than faster.
