Hey here's a list of the specs of my new and upcoming comp :)

I'm wondering if this PSU will be able to power all these components?

The supply will be more then enough even with some ocing. Watch out when posting a new thread however since you saw two duplicates of this one. Here I run two optical drives as well as two HDs with an OCZ GameXStream 700w supply and still have power to spare with 2gb of memory and the Radeon HD 2600XT plus a tv tuner/capture card by a different company.

That PSU will have no problems at all. Assuming that's a quality unit (too lazy to look it up right now), you'd even be able to put another 4850 in Crossfire.
