This PSU good enough?

Hey here's a list of the specs of my new and upcoming comp :)

I'm wondering if this PSU will be able to power all these components?

I may add in the future water cooling. and perhaps a blu-ray combo and another graphics card.

i'd upgrade the e8200 to an e8400. Get an 512 mb 4870 instead of the 4850.
Drop the set of hard disks and get one bigger one (i prefer samsung).
The psu will be sufficient probably even if you add another 4870 in the future.

Nice case btw has very very good cooling. One question though. Where are you going to put those 120mm fans?
