Looks pretty good..for mobo I relly wouldn't recommend Gigabyte...Asus is an excellent brand, for the same price.

Looks like a well rounded system. I would suggest dropping the ram down to 2 sticks of DDR2 677 and use that bit of extra money to get a 7900gt or x1900xt.
