This will still cool it right?

Hey guys. I have been thinking of some case mods (I have some generic mid black case), well I have actually done some stuff. I was thinking, would air cooling going back to front do the same job as a front to back air-flow?
Because I have 2 120mm fans that I intend to use, but the main exhaust fan (the really common place next to the CPU) only has room for a 80mm (which is there).
I have thought about it and it seems like the same job will be done, but I feel like I need a second opinion.

EDIT: I don't intend to use every fan, but I also have ~8 80mm fan's (2 already installed) and 1 of my 120mm is installed.
Also, right now my air-flow is front to back, but I still feel I will need to reverse that.

i put my rear exhaust fan backwards by accident so it blow into the case, i havent had temp problems. Then again I use 5 80mm case fans.

Should cool it just fine, sometimes the front exhaust ports are a little more restricted than the rear ports, and i prefer exhausting the hot air directly off my heatsink which is near the back of the case, but it should be fine.
