do you have enough in your budget for a phenom 920-940? if so you will be better with one or the other ....and you could get a 4830 videocard for the same price

I would look for a better PSU, that one is >70%efficient.
Like this one is certified 80% at similar price.

updated list for you i would get 80+ psu like the one i listed everything will work good together (you might need to flash your bios for the cpu but that powersuppluy comes with 8gb flash drive

you should be ok on everything.... what kinda cooling for your processor are you going to use? stock fan is ok if your not going to overclock but sense you bought the black edition makes me think otherwise
