after a few weeks of deliberating, i'll be placing an order for the following tonight after work... would love some thoughts, opinions, etc...

now i went with a mostly combo build so i could save the some dollars, and as i only plan to do a little gaming (SC2) and have it serve as an HTPC/XP virtual machine i think it will do quite well...

one thought i had is how will one stick of RAM hold it's own against say a 2x2GB setup? and i think i may order an identical stick either with this build or in the near future and i'm not too sure it'll hold me back enough to really notice...

EDIT: i'm thinking i won't notice enough of a difference between the single 4GB stick and the 2x2 setup...

CPU - won't work on AM3 socket
Phenom IIx4 955 is what you need

RAM - 2 x 2GB should be faster

Video - should also consider GTX 460 768 MB. Some of them is around $140 after MIR
