Thumb/Flash Drive Programs

I have many thumb drives... All brands. My question, Is there any programs out there that will help me manage them? Or allow me to set a password on them? I know some drives have programs on them that allow you to put a password on them. Mine don't have that, And I was wondering if there are programs out there that I can get that will allow me to put a password on them. Thanks,

As long as the usb drives are being used in windows though, the portableapps launcher has a password utility built in i think.
