Thunderbird - adding clinets

I received an email with all names and addys. about 50 people and related to people from work or retired. I was going to create a group and add them all. How do i add the clients. I only see an option for add to address book. nothing for all. Any suggestions?

Depending on how you have the list formatted, thunderbird can import text files as well as from other email clients.

let me try and say different. if i receive an email. i can see maybe 50 people there from work. the only way to import all of these is to click on each one they add to address book. i did not want to do one at a time. thanks if you can help though.

sorry....i will take a look. though im convinced there is a freeware that will do this. i will reply back if i figure it out.
