Tilting a Laptop Is Bad!!!

Tipping your laptop while under load does some very bad things. The heat pipe is rendered useless and temperatures skyrocket:

I was using the stability test on SysTool Acer 5102 WLMI AMD TL-50 @ 1600 mhz. Lucky I had Speedfan or my processor/computer would be toast! Lesson learned- keep your laptop horizontal.
 
Tilting my MBP is ok. I guess thats because the fan outlet is out the back and its up in the air hence the fans pushing air up
 
The weird thing was, was that I lifted it up off the table to get more air flow, and thats when it happened. Up to 45' should be OK, it was when I tilted it up 90' that I had problems.
