Time to Kill E-Machine....help...

Here's the scenario-

You see my current POS. What I would like to do is build an entirely new machine, however I'm not bold enough to start completely from scratch. In stead, I'm going to use the main compnents of this comp to help move me into a nicer setup (CPU, Drives, etc.) Eventually everything will be replaced, but my first step is to get a new mobo. I need recommendations for a sweet mobo between 100-200 for AMD w/ PSIE slot. Remember, this will be the start of a great thing so it will need to be able to be around for upgrading. Let me know. Thanks All!

What is your cpu, hard drive, and other specs.

EDIT: Also could I have your old mobo, before you ask its couse you can cut them up and make coasters and such.
EDIT2: Didnt realize they were in your sig.

It's all good. I just want to get things moving and work on it. :-) I will let you have it if I can't do anything else with it! Thanks yo!

DFI Lanparty4 or MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum are exceptional AMD boards :) (i presume you want to go with the S939 platform, otherwise MSI K8N Neo is a nice board for the S754 front)

Any user reviews on the A8VE Deluxe Motherboard? Seems to have alot to offer for $40 less, including integrated wireless. I know it is without SLI, but I don't think I have the money to double up on my 6800GT anytime soon.

Also, I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on some Intel boards, as I'm getting a little feedback concerning My non-gaming hobbies (video, image editing). Thanks for all your help!

The VIA chip not worth it :P The nonSLI NF4s are a better route (which is what i suggested)
