Time to throw some money into this thing

I'm wanting to upgrade my desktop somewhat. I'm thinking for now to upgrade the motherboard and possibly processor. I'm looking to stick with AMD.
For the mobo I like this one for the hybrid sli, which if I understand it correctly is pretty nifty.

This would be the cpu I would buy, though if it would not be a substantial upgrade from a 9500 I'll stick with the 9500.

If you have any other recommendations on motherboards you think would be better feel free to post them, as I dont know much about them. I'm looking for one that will fit a dual slot video card better than my current motherboard, it block too many pci slots in mine.

Ok, find me an intel processor and board that perform similar for the same price then. I was looking at AMD because I'm not looking to spend a bunch of money on this right now. Either way I need a new motherboard cause the audio is screwy on mine and I don't have any room for a pci sound card because of my dual slot video card.
