I’m looking to upgrade my computer. I’m going to use this computer for heavy gamming lan parties and the usual light stuff.

Decent setup all around ... u might consider non-ASUS videocard and save some money :)

Oh nice. You may consider spending an extra $2 for the Connect3d one with slightly faster memory :)

I'm also going to use my old HD, CD, DVD from my old comp and sell the rest.

No i personally have not but i dont do much buying online except for exotic cooling stuff anyways ... ive not heard anything particularly bad about them however.
