Time to upgrade?

Hey guys i got few question about my video card and wanted to know if some of you have advices for me.
Im running a self build computurer with
P4 1.7ghz 533 FBS
768mb ram
40 gb HD
5.1 soundblaster live
Nvidia Geforce 3 Ti 200 128mb

This system is very stable for me and i dont need much higher but i got this game NEED FOR SPEED MOST WATED and it runs fine at the high resolution exept for i want it to run very smooth with no lag at all.

So here is the question should i buy new video card? if so which one?
Should i over clock my video card?
If any of you playing this game right now and its all fine and smooth i wanna know what system specs you using.

What motherboard do you have? This limits your video card options. I'm guessing it will support AGP4X/8X, in which you could get a 6600GT for ~$130. But make sure before you buy it.
 
ive checked my mother board specs and it sais this
max CPU is 2.8 at 533 mhz
max ram is 2 gigs
AGP 2x/4x 1.5 volts

so i guess its only good for 4x AGP cards
