Timings changing

Why are my ram timings changing? My stock timings should be 5-4-4-15 but for some reason they're at 6-6-18-24. I've manually switched them before but they went back.

Im dont know much about ram timings but i know the stock is better than the 6-6-18-24.

ps: specs in my sig but cpu is @ 3.8
 
woops nvm. I checked the bios and everything was set to auto. Last time i changed the timings was in AMD overdrive.
