What exactly does this mean?

StrangleHold was telling me about timings a little bit, but what exactly does it mean? Thanks!

Well in simple terms it all come down to Wait and Responce time. When data is requested from the memory, the amount of time it takes to access it. Then responce time, the amount of time it take to send the data back. The lower the timing number the faster. Instead of explaining each in detail, this is a good read.

Thanks! That helps me understand it... so how much of a difference does it make if you're not OCing?

In nanoseconds. You would really have to run a benchmark to tell the difference.
