Timings

I bought Crucial Ballastix ram for my new computer (specs followed) and the timings for the ram are listed as 4-4-4-12
but when i check nTune these are the timmings they give me:
tRAS: 18
tRCD: 5
tRP: 5
tRC: 23
tCL: 5
tCPC: 0
tWR: 5
tRRD: 3
tRWT: 5
tWTR: 9
tRDRD: 3
tWRWR: 2

so im wondering
do i have to adjust the timings just to get the performance that is listed with the ram?
 
so would i have to do anything more then just change those timings? or just change those 4 in ntune and apply them?
