TMPGEnc settings

I have been re-encoding all my animes from avis to mpeg2 so I can burn them to dvd, and I burned a dvd perfectly, with only a slight problem. The movie is a bit TOO big for the tv, so the outer parts of the movie get cut off, and hence I can't read the subtitles (I don't speak Japanese, so thats out :p ). Any suggestions as to what to adjust in TMPGEnc would be great! Thanks!

PS: Its not the function that cuts out the noise on the edge, I disabled that. I think it MAY be the pixel size of the movie, but I dont know enough about the settings to know what to set it to (Center, Center - keep aspect ratio, etc. as well as the pixel size I will actually need. Default is 320 x 240)

During the wizard, select a different aspect ratio (or pick a different template to start from :))

Default is 320 x 240
Since its so low-res you might be better off with SVCDs as they encode much faster and are cheaper :)
