Hello!

I have trouble understanding the following sentence, can anyone help me?

As would be expected, this exploit did not work on the Spoofguard tool. Since SpoofGuard does not use a blacklist, nothing can be gained by causing the URL to hash to a different value or appear to come from a different domain name.
