To upgrade or not to upgrade

Good day everyone. I have some extra cash, about $400 and I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to upgrade my mobo/cpu that's in my sig. Would the I5 2600k be a worthy upgrade? I'm going to pick up BF3 today as well, I'm sure my system will do well but I want faster. What do you think?

No the CPU is very good, no need to upgrade BF3 would require more GPU power and your GPU also is high end.

Agreed. my dual core AMD 555 runs BF3 at 35-60 fps on ultra, so yours is good to go.

If you want to upgrade anything I would suggest getting a good quality 120 gigabyte solid state drive.

^^SSD is the best suggestion. My only other suggestion would be to sell the inferno that is the gtx480 and buy a 580. It's only a small performance upgrade but they just run way cooler.
