Too Cool?

I just finished my first build, and i love it so far. However, i was wondering about all this cooling gear i'm seeing. It is it really necessary? I know if you are going to overclock, good cooling is essential, and i was planning on getting another CPU cooler instead of my stock 9950 cooler. But, RAM fans, aftermarket VGA systems? I have already installed a third fan in the NZXT Apollo, so i have 2 intakes and an outtake. But, how much is really needed?

the fans for hdd's and for ram is pretty usless, normally the stock cooler is enough unless your overclocking, the only cooler i would upgrade if overclocking is my cpu cooler,

Put it this way:

With a $9 (at the time) Rosewill cooler, I overclocked my E2140 well over 3GHz. Rosewill paste, $20 Rosewill case, a old GPU cooler and 3 case fans.

In my experience its not completely necessary to get a better CPU cooler on a on OC'd system. Although under intense gaming or other intensive operations your CPU//GPU can heat up a bit so its dependent on what your going to do. Another thing you could look into that will help cool your CPU down is some better thermal paste if you already dont have it. AS5 is quality stuff. Its like 6 bucks.
