hi, sorry to ask but how do you know your heat degree? Did you d/l a program?

yeah downloaded some programs

with aero turned off (im sure lenovo must have used some sort of hack to get it on in the first place as its crappy intel integrated graphics, and the screens max res is 1024x768) the heat is like 30-40 and 40-50 under load, which is much more like what i was expecting from a core duo.

also RealTemp and SpeedFan

i mentioned these earlier in the thread. I like Core Temp best.

I use core temp, seems to be very good or PC Wizard works for temps, but now i use Asus PC ProbeII which is very nice!
