Too much crap

I just found this folder called Temp

I think it is just junk in it, like 3GB of junk to be specific. I was wondering if i could delete everything in it because i think i have a virus or two in there and it is taking up alot of space.

Can i just delete it?

Where is this Temp folder located? Is it the one in the Windows directory? IF so, do not delete it. Just run an AV program.

Temp folders are just that...temporary storage. Not once have I had a problem resulting from me removing any temp files from my computer. Worst case, something may not delete if it's in use.

run diskcleanup if you're too scary to delete it manually

Temp files, yes. But not temp folders.

It doesn't matter if you delete it, windows will just recreate it again.

i just deleted some of them and i think im ok.
i just was not sure if i would like delete my bootup or something by emptyping that.

i think its all good.
