Whenever I open up uTorrent, I see two numbers under Seeds, one outside of parentheses and one inside. I want to know what this means, and if I can make the downloads go faster if I get the ones inside of the parentheses outside.

Yeah I know, but it seems like there are seeds that I'm not using, even though they are there. I don't know why though.
