Torrenting Os and burning?

Eeek well first off im not sure if talking of torrenting is allowed here on this forum, if so can someone at least direct me to one that can? Okay so i am building a new computer with literally no money im 15 and i get all my money at Christmas and my birthday so i use it wisely and i managed to make a cheap $480 nice working build for my budget. Now am i able to torrent a os xp/vista/7 and burn it to cd's (however many is needed) and run those at startup of a fresh comp? Sorry if coming here was the wrong place to ask these types of questions.

Torrents & related subjects are not allowed. As for your question i think you need a DVD not multiple CD's.
