Toshiba L515 vs Macbook Pro

I'm studing Digital Design(3D, Audio Edition, Web Design, Video Edition, Special Effets, Video Games...) and I'm looking for a computer and I'm confused between those.

Toshiba L515 ($800dls):
8Gb RAM
Intel Core Dual (2.2Gz)x2
320Gb Hard Drive
Intel 4500HD 2048M (video card)
Battery 4hrs
Win7

MacBook Pro 13"($1600dls):
4Gb RAM
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.4Gz
250GB Hard Drive
NVIDIA GeForce 320M (video card)
Battery 10hrs

Well I can not vogue for Digital design but what I can say is mac is usually good for anyone that is in the arts (movie, photography, music etc) It has some really nice programs for that. Also the battery life is great for college as it will last you the whole day without needing to bring a charger. It also is nice because if you do need to run something on windows you can use bootcamp to dual boot your system and run both.

The windows is however better for gaming and programing than mac is. Personally If you have never touched a mac I would say you should stay with windows.

I am not sure MAC for gaming, but for the rest of your application MAC should cope fine.

If you able to play up to $1600, you can consider $1000 - 1200 gaming laptop which should give you better performance.
The toshiba only with onboard video card, not good for the application you need
