Toshiba Qosmio-Fan buzzing

I am assuming that in my Toshiba Qosmio that it's a fan, I am pretty sure of it. Because once I blow it out with air and make it accelerate it quits. I think it has a bad bearing or something. It's a Qosmio G25.... and it's the rear fan on the right side. Anyone know what will replace it?
