toshiba thrive

I just saw a commercial for the thrive. I already know my share about the tablet, but didn't know what particular feature made it special. A lot of other tablets have features that make them unique. the asus has the kickin keyboard, the hp touchpad has it's own OS, the ipad is well....the ipad and so on. At the end of the commercial It says "The Toshiba Thrive. The first tablet too..." And I began to look forward to knowing what makes the thrive an attractive purchase. So the commercial ends like this:

"The Toshiba Thrive. The first tablet to get it right!"

I hardly think this would be more confusing to you than that the ipad is good simply because it is an ipad.

My only question is how does Toshiba do with keeping there android updates? I know for a fact that Asus is pretty top notch at it being the TF300 received the jelly bean update before any other device except the nexus products.
