toshiba vs hp

I do have a question. I bought a HP G6-1D01DX WITH AMD DUAL CORE A4-3305M PROCESSOR 350gb hdd 4gb ddr..for my son. Then I realized it was tax frre weekend in two days so Sat. cam went back to best buy returned it and asked for it back(it was still sealed) they said they cant just give it back becouse it would be tax evasion..lol I guess..so long story short they didnt have any more instock....so I bought A TOSHIBA C855-55206 WITH I3-2370M PROCESSOR Has 500 gb hdd same ddr 4gb wich is better laptop. modtly just web..you tube and he plays a wizard101 game. Best buy said it was toshiba but hp had better graphics card. They said since I just bought I could have them streamline it and it would run like a $800 laptop. But Im true believer of u get what u paid for so I think this is fine for a 12 year old....wich is a better laptop?
 
they said stream lining is when they set it op to run its best takes like 6 hours but well worth it. most peopl just next next next threw the first set up.. as I did for the most part...I really just gave it a name password and hook it up to wifi is there more I can do to help it ..
 
Best Buy/Geek Squad is trying to pull the wool over your eyes. They rape the unknowing consumer that comes in to buy a new computer. Saying they need this, they need that when they don't.
 
I know.. last computer cam with disk becouse it was last one they had so they gave me the disk for free but. so after doing a little research on here found out I can make it myself. I went to best buy today and and was looking for dvds to make my own. I ended going the usb flash route. But i was there and they were tring to sell there little package to a couple people. I felt telling every one not to buy they cane make there own. I got a 16gb flash drive for $5. it was on sale from $30 to $10..plus I had a $5off rewards coupon. so im makeing mine for 5 instead of $99 and that was the cheapest thing they try to sell me. today they told me to bring it in and there make it run like a $800 laptop... come on now..I would respect them more if they informed me I can do it myself if I want. Maybe people wont want to do it and still have them do it just becouse it will be done when they pick it up. but yeah to me better practice to inform ur custumers then try n pull the wool over there eyes..Thank u all for your help
