found a cheap powersupply on ebay, same model. i'll put it in and see if it works. or maybe i'll get outbid haha, i didn't really think about it before i bid.

well i tried a diff psu and it clicked, i guess that means the motherboard is kaput!

If it really is the motherboard, then you can probably get a suitable replacement for around $50.
