total rebuild for my comp

well i toasted my mobo and processor so i'm working on a rebuild. i'm thinking like all this stuff:

Processor:

i used to be running like a amd 3200+ and a radeon 9550 with 1gb of ram but this is a new start for me so i was just wondering if you think this is decent for like under $600

*EDIT* Ok well i went through and redid it because i realized i used like 3 different setups in constructing this and it was an accidental error on my part it is fixed now.

if your going to be getting a new mobo, memory, cpu and gfx then go with a core2duo system instead, much faster and within your budget
 
please relook at it because i messed up and now it's all fixed. now its a 7900GS instead of the 7600

*EDIT* i actually was thinking about the install and stuff that i'm having my friend do cause he has the proper tools. all of my stuff is magnitised and that's just not fun. and so i'm actually looking at like $600 or $650 shipped.
