WHAT THE HECK Is this ive seen it before on a buddys computer after it was on it for a while it wouldnt let you download or install any antivirus malware adware program at all has anyone seen this or delt with this and have any advise

You'll have to run this procedure on the infected system

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here or here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Please keep updating until it says you have the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • A log will be saved automatically which you can access by clicking on the Logs tab within Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

If you continue to experience problems after doing this, please post a HijackThis log by doing the following:

Download the HijackThis installer from here.
Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

Most of what HijackThis lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Post the logfile that HijackThis produces along with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

Have you ran Malwarebytes yet? You are supposed to run Malwarebytes first and then hijackthis.

it kept shutting down while scanning with malware so i did some searching for different threads that sounded like mine anyway i found something and the link is

it put it into a "passive" mode which allowed me to start up windows defender and AVG which has now taken care of it i think lol

ill post the Malware results after it goes through the scan to make sure along with Hijackthis log file.

Also i beleive i found the culprit it was called Digital Protection.

and i had AVG scan the whole computer ALL files and these are the results. well i cant paste on here well over 2850 trojan horses

actually AVG caught them i re did the settings to scan every file on the computer and thats how i found them most of them were in personal files so IDK

So are you still having issues?

EDIT: Your malwarebytes software is way outdated. You need to update it and rerun it. Open malwarebytes, click on the update tab, click on check for updates. Keep doing that until it says you have the latest version and then rescan your system. Then post the malwarebytes log and a fresh hijackthis log.

no defender, avg, malewarebytes, and superantispyware i have done 3 scans with each and all come up clean so i beleive were clean now
