Touchpad Not Working

I have a Toshiba Portege R705 and the touchpad stopped working today for no reason. I have tried hitting the button for enable/disable the touchpad and that did not work. I tried hitting FN + F9 and that didn't work.

Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

did you try re installing your touchpad software? go to toshiba site downloads and look for your touchpad software..let us know
