I have a Toshiba Satellite C75D-B7200 Laptop. The touch-pad is not working.
Here is some info:
It started about 3 weeks ago. Do not have any restore points. Belongs to my niece.
Touch-pad works in safe mode.
Driver is up to date.
A wireless mouse works in normal mode.
Seems that when the booting completes touch-pad stops working even though device manager properties says its working properly.
I uninstalled the driver and touch-pad works until you restart. Then it reloads the driver and touch-pad stops working.
I'm at a loss on this. Any ideas?
